2010 Educational Workshop Kelowna

Registration is now open for the 2010 BC Fire Training Officer’s Conference in Kelowna, BC.  This training seminar will feature presentations and hands-on-training opportunities for all members of the fire service.  This year we will welcome a line-up of over 20  instructors including Nick Brunacini (Phoenix Fire Department, retired), District Chief Dave McGrail (Denver Fire Department) and the team from the “Nobody Gets Left Behind” Training Group in California.  Our mission is to deliver the highest quality and effective training for Fire Training Officers.

This training event will start with a Hands on Training Weekend on May 15 – 16 and the BCFTOA conference will run from May 17 – 20.  Last year, we welcomed firefighters and officers from throughout BC, the Yukon, Alberta and Washington.
