Input requested for the Electrical Safety for Fire Fighters train-the-trainer program

To All Fire Chiefs and Fire Training Officers,

BC Hydro is updating the Electrical Safety for Fire Fighters train-the-trainer workshop.  We would appreciate your assistance to ensure that the workshop helps you to deliver electrical safety training effectively to your fellow fire fighters.

Please complete the short survey by October 15th, 2011 by clicking on the link below.  The survey should take no longer than six to seven minutes to complete.  We will use this information to update our materials and plan to have them ready by early 2012.  We are also updating the Electricity Take Care booklet, which many of you have requested.

Click here to access the survey.

For each completed survey, we will donate $3 to the BC Professional Fire Fighters’ Burn unit to a maximum of $1000.

You may contact us at public.safety@bchydro.com if you require further information.

Thank you for taking the time to assist us.  Together, we can bring everyone home safely.
