Please accept this communication as introduction of EITI, the Electrical Industry Training Institute. We are scheduled to deliver the BC Hydro Electrical Safety Firefighters Train the Trainer session at your location in accordance with the attached schedule.
EITI, in conjunction with BC Hydro are working with the BC Fire Training Officers to deliver regional workshops to ensure that the greatest number of Fire Training Officers attend each workshop in an effort to reach Civic, First Nations and Volunteer departments across the province. It is important that you assist in encouraging participation within your area by circulating schedule information to the Safety Training Officers in the fire halls within your surrounding areas as soon as possible in order to secure the program delivery. A minimum number of Safety Training Officers is required for each delivery so again, we appreciate your efforts to contact and inform your fellow Officers.

I would greatly appreciate receiving a phone call or email from you two weeks in advance of the delivery in your area to ensure that we have sufficient registrants to proceed and in order that the correct number of BC Hydro Training manual binders may be sent to your location (my hours of work are Tuesday through Friday, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm).
EITI Instructors will also be in contact with you a few weeks before the course for introduction and to assist where necessary.
BC Hydro will reimburse up to $100.00 for refreshments purchased (i.e.: coffee, muffins, etc.) if you wish to arrange for purchase as a host.
